Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us the following photographs at info@textuuri.com
- Photo of the entire product
- Photos of the damage
- Photo of package label (note: text and/or barcode must be legible)
- Photo of packaging inside (including bubble wrap, corner protectors, and the inside of the cardboard box where you can see the buffer that has been made)
- Photo of the outside of the package and a close-up of any damage to the package. Please note that there might not be any visible damage to the package even if the product was damaged during transport.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. By standard, digital products cannot be returned. The online courses "Introduction to Textured Art", "Mastering Textured Art: From Beginner to Pro", "Beyond Textured Art: From Pro to Innovator" and "Mastering Instagram as an Artist" are exceptions. The course platform keeps detailed logs of course progress, and as long as you have watched under 20% of the course, and request a refund within 2 weeks of the purchase, you can get a full refund of the course fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without providing justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the following model withdrawal statement (not mandatory):
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us at:

Condition of returned goods: You may open and inspect the goods to assess their nature and function, as you would in a shop. However, if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary for this assessment, we may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof that you have sent them back — whichever is earlier.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products where delivery has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download or access. This includes our online courses once more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
