Natural diabase for adding stone-like structure and details to textured artwork. Sprinkle directly onto wet texture paste and gently press in with a palette knife.
Once fully dry, the stones can be painted over along with the artwork.
Quarried in Mäntyharju, Finland.

Natural Finnish diabase
Quarried in Mäntyharju, Finland, our Texture Stones are made from natural Finnish diabase.
The stones are sieved, washed, dried and hand-graded, with an approximate size range of 0.1–15 mm.
The mix of fine particles and larger stones makes them ideal for adding natural, stone-like structure and details to textured artwork.
As a natural material, variations in size, shape and colour may occur.
Made to pair with Texture Paste
Texture Stones are designed to be applied directly onto wet textuuri texture paste.
The paste holds the stones in place while allowing you to build natural, stone-like textures.

How to use Texture Stones
1. Sprinkle
Sprinkle onto wet texture paste
2. Press
Gently press the stones into the texture paste with a palette knife.
3. Let dry & paint
Allow the texture paste to fully dry, then paint over the stones along with your artwork.
